I received a solicitation in the mail today for a Wal-Mart credit card.
Does this mean if I have a balance on the card, I get a discount when I pay it off?

All I want to do is punch that smile off that stupid smiley face. This is one of the many good reasons why I stay away from Wal Mart.

Like Wal-Mart hasn’t already drained countless communities in America and worldwide of much needed funds. Wal-Mart is adept at enabling people to be more in debt.
